Signed-in accounts can use core estimating features, including configuration and pricing tools, without buying a feature-unlock subscription.

The optional ad-free plan is $10 per company per month. Review the current billing page and checkout terms before purchasing.

Use the billing interface to manage an existing plan. A document’s customer payment schedule is separate from your Best Estimator subscription.

Protect customer information

Use your own account and an appropriate company role. Sign out before handing a shared device to another user.

Local estimates, settings, signatures, and cached photos are separated by account/company workspace. Signing out preserves their private files for the next sign-in; it does not erase the device.

Avoid including sensitive personal information in AI requests or support messages unless necessary and authorized. Never send passwords, API keys, or full payment card information to support.

Deletion and backups

Deleting a local record and cancelling a subscription are different actions. Review the action shown in the current interface.

Keep device backups and exported documents according to your company’s retention obligations. For account-data requests, contact support from your registered email.
